Account Manager (Remote-US)
This is a fully remote position. At this time we are only considering US citizens for employment opportunities.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in Digital Marketing, Sales and Customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat, email or call
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the service(s) offered by KPI Digital Marketing
- Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
- Update our internal team with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Present the platform/products on calls to prospective clients and convert leads into sales
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved if any
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software features and updates
- Showcase our product and company to potential prospects with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs
- Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging [redacted] effectively and finding value in our services and help them how to maximize the use of software features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Become an expert on the platform and KPI products/services and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive/Manager, or similar customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- 2+ years of working experience inside Google Ads (PPC), Facebook Ads (META), and SEO
- Outstanding knowledge of Google Docs; knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
